Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) not available
- Online Payment (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
Payment Security
Online payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Shipping and Delivery
- Standard shipping charges: ₹100.00
- FREE shipping on orders above ₹999.00
- Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days (may vary based on location)
- We currently deliver across India
- Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped
- Orders with status "Pending" or "Processing" can be cancelled
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned
- Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5-7 business days
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order:
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
- Original packaging must be intact
- Invoice/receipt must be provided
- Intimate wear, accessories, and sale items are non-returnable

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product
- For online payments, refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
